The winner indeed and certainly a difference versus the old version by Max Michael.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I've found that the main differences are:

• Hercs version uses an SMA on Open Price, 4-period with Levels 85/15
• Older version uses EMA on Close price, 8-period with Levels 70/30

These two adjustments really effect how the outer bands are calculated which makes yours the more technical and minimalist (no-fuss) version. Nice!

I like your one, it would be my pick out of the two especially if adding it to an existing, modern-day Spot FX system.

Got to be the best RSX I've tested so far just a quick look over and those classic divergences really follow through even if its for a few pips here and there

Just to show how the RSx Scalper helped todays trade - appreciation to Mr Tools for the zero cross addition.
I entered on the arrow (zero cross) as Stochs OBOS had opened in confirmation.
42939 entry and 42889 exit.
50 in one scalp trade is good business.

Attached indicators and template - hope it helps.
This is one of many templates I trial but it is specifically for scalping the 1m chart.
The black and white arrows are the stochs cross and the blue and red arrows are the RSx cross of zero.
The stochs is the main 'direction' indicator with the VERY helpful OBOS areas signalled - I have set them to 99 and 1.
MOST IMPORTANTLY I draw traplines - trendlines - on the stochs indicator that will keep you from entering a bad trade. This is something that I have been doing for a while and it definitely will help make you more successful if you have the patience necessary for trading.
