I use ATS as my main platform because it reflects real money flow. I focus on liquidity and central value — that is the root of price movement, not the noise of secondary indicators.

ATS does not recommend trading small time frames, but for me – especially on Gold – it is still extremely effective. The key is to understand the nature of money flow, not the time frame.

Thank you for your clarification. could you elaborate on the ‘nature of cash flow’. How you perceive it. I have watched a lot of ATS videos, but they are all in translation and sometimes I don't get the point.
