Green/red line is, when trend is confirmed.
Dotted gray line is possible show for cross of ma or rsi trend.

new version with a different type.
Type I is the same as before, but there is a new type II
not sure if useful tho but it looks interesting, (when both curves are above a threshold it's an uptrend, and when both curves and under the opposite threshold it's a downtrend)

Thanks , works well with other indicators on type `1. If you could add filters to type 2 would be a big help

Hi Jeff, Thanks for asking . I don;t code ,usually Mrtools adds filters but here are a couple of instances maybe a help. I can't share the indicators but you can see the code in the pictures. I would try both smoothing and filters

Alarms work only on type I tho

only the first time per bar a curve hits a level triggers a signal
