The last days with strong movements. How long such a state will last I have no idea. The result of 2 days because I held one position until the next day. With a good trend without major consolidations you can catch big moves. Xard's concept, which is based precisely on the trend, makes it possible to achieve this.

Which one do you use, especially to get alerts?
Unfortunately, I'm really dependent on it, I'm in the office all the time and can't constantly monitor the chart![]()
Are you in a similar situation? Do you use alerts and if so, which ones?
I'd love to be able to contribute, but at the moment I'm using the XU-v18m-Setup without triangles.
But in the v65m have the option to configure the alerts direct in the code: post1295543500.html#p1295543500

Good morning
two more green days since I started using the XARD template and chart, I've been able to end each day on a positive note.
so i have once again a huge thank you to XARD for the chart and to Curioso who showed me the right path with his series.
Since my screen time is limited, I wanted to simplify my work and make it easier to monitor the requirements with a dashboard, unfortunately the semaphore indicator does not contain a buffer. That's why I used the indicator from XU V65m. However, this differs greatly in its representation of the semaphores. That's why I'm now looking for a way to use the results from the current XU v18m-semafor across multiple currencies.

18535Hi, when do you sell or buy with this dashboard?GerhardMTB wrote: Wed Nov 13, 2024 7:11 pm Good morning

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
18536In my case, the goal of the dashboard would not be to buy or sell directly after the dashboard. Blindly trusting semaphores and other indicators is not my approach in this case. but just to see quicker developments that I monitor anyway.
I currently use the chart so that I look at all the pairs in the morning and see what the main trend direction is. I only trade these pairs in this direction; I completely ignore signals from other pairs or other directions at the moment.
When it comes to monitoring, I currently have the problem that I can't check every pair that I find interesting every 15 minutes to see if there is an interesting chance to get started. That's where I want to start with the dashboard. If I then see the expected development, I switch to the XARD777 chart as normal to find a suitable entry.
Maybe I should also say that I am completely new to the system and have actually only just started trading with the current version. That's why my approach is perhaps a little more defensive than it is with experienced members.

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
18538Hi Gerhard - the differences you refer to are simply the semaphore settings. In v18 they are different from v65. I prefer the v65 version, as the last version to me is a bit too reactive, perhaps focused on 1M trading.GerhardMTB wrote: Wed Nov 13, 2024 7:11 pm Good morning

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
18539I would be happy to share the dashboard as soon as it has reached a stage that can be used and verified by others. The screenshot comes from a development that I started tonight. So it's still a long way from being useful to others.oneilboy1980 wrote: Wed Nov 13, 2024 8:54 pm Hi, I have the same problem that I can't check the whole day the charts, but can yo maybe share the dashboard?
Then I noticed the first deviation with the semaphores. Since I started straight away with the V18 and have made good progress with it so far, I wanted to use it for the evaluation.
If you're interested, I'll be happy to keep you updated here.

Re: XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
18540Thanks for your answer, that sounds very promising, then I can also use the XU v65m-XARD UNIVERSE version to evaluate my current XU v18m-SEMAFOR. If you or someone else knows the specific parameters of the version then I would simply adopt them and have the same results.Cagliostro wrote: Wed Nov 13, 2024 9:21 pm Hi Gerhard - the differences you refer to are simply the semaphore settings. Since I'm still at the very beginning of my journey with the XARD system, I'll stick to Curioso's recommendations to start with and only use M15
