I have a quick look at the Monthly and Weekly timeframes first. If they are in an uptrend i'll wait for the next Buy signal on the 1 hour chart but only during the Euro and US sessions. No other timeframes or sessions!

Only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but sometimes I'll get in on a Monday during US session if there's a really good trade too. Friday's I'll try and close positions as best as I can but sometimes you just have to ride them out.
