Hello, does anyone know of an MT4 broker that has a 2 hour offset to the New York Close? Either 2 hours before or 2 hours after?

All brokers using the MT4 platform time stamp their MT4 to their own time zone which can't be changed.

You could either try to sign onto a broker that operates in the time zone you state or the other alternative is to use a 'pay for' third party platform that allows you to change time zones such as Tradingview or Prorealtime.
