I'm looking for a lightweight volume weighted average ATR band indicator only. The other ATR all averages indicator available on the platform are large in size and crashing my MT4, since I'm adding several instances of the indicator to the chart.

Could you please modify this indicator with the options below only. I want the indicator to be very small in size.
1. From the current indicator, remove all other averages except EMA, SMA, SMMA and LWMA
2. Then add VEMA - Volume weighted EMA
3. Add Volume weighted fast EMA
4. Add Volume weighted relative moving average
5. Add Vidya moving average
6. Add on/off button
