News' Day. I usually do not trade, so got only this at LO for today, hope you also got it.

Happy Friday, it's been a great week, 17% of the account rose. I think I can be more aggressive with my risk management if the win rate stays as this.

An important advice, don't trade if the price is too far from the EMA 51, wait for a pullback before entering.

Enjoy some relax and time off, cya on Monday.

Hi guys, an update before the summer break. I will be trading for a couple of weeks more, than will focus on finding some relax with the family in August.

Here an update to version 2.0 of the Alkemix Trading System.

Rules stay the same, looking for confluences and following the trend. The major changes here are related to the bottom part of the chart, where I changed almost everything apart from the RSIOMA (I added an ma to it, so it is easy to identify a strong move earlier, just look for the RSIOMA to cross its EMA and it rarely goes back).

Histograms:
  • 1st row from top: added Genesis, I extensively tested it and even if it is not perfect for the system, it is the closest thing to the graal we can have today.
  • 2nd row from top: added VWAP, volume is the king, I tried to trade without it but data is data, we leave some pips on the ground but trades are much safer.
  • 3rd row from top: added a modded GANN swing HL
  • 4th row from top: added another GANN swing HL with HTF settings.
Today I traded only US30 and trades are still running with really huge profits.

PS: huge thanks to @kvak and @MrTools for their indicators and @curioso for the watermark, it's a cool thing.

Be rich, go and get your gold.

With Love.

The Trend Digital indicator just gives a general trend information. When it agrees with the zigzag (semafor) structure, it is just another confirmation of the trend.

Regarding the Gann Swing Structure Indicator, it is a strong tool to forecast retracements and break levels. As you can see in the picture it shows an horizontal level where the price broke and retested before going higher.

Regarding the Trend Digital indicator on top left I answered in the previous post.

Let's look at the two setups you underlined. The first was in Asia session, and I was sleeping (2.50 AM for me), the second was in pre London opening, a very dangerous zone for trading, as usually it's a place for liquidity grab and sudden reversal at the opening, exactly as it happened this morning. It was just a retest of the Asia low.

I mainly trade London and NY, focusing only the first 3h of each session.

Your entry happen too far from the EMA51, the movement is already too extended.
And your exit could have been the next blue dot, you exited a pullback... why? that was a moment to add more to the short.

I was worried about a potential pullback, so I decided to close the trade before it went up further. that's why every time i loss.

I've made several trades where I initially won, but then the position turned against me, and I ended up hitting my stop loss. I'm unsure how to avoid this issue. It often feels like we receive false signals, like a downward trend while the candles keep moving up.

If you have any good ideas on how to solve this issue, I would really appreciate your help.

I really like your strategy; it’s clear and not too confusing. However, I feel like I’m still missing something to stay profitable. I understand that losses are part of the job, but I am still try to find a way to reduce them.

As you can see in the picture below, there are many signals that have led to several losses. I'm feeling quite confused and have taken unmanaged trades.

Hello Cagliostro, I would like to clarify some points about your system:
1. When opening a position, do you take into account where the price is in relation to the opening of the day?
2. Do you always wait for the basement indicators to become the same color?
3. Do you take into account the trend on higher time frames, and if so, what TF do you pay attention to when opening a position on M5?
4. Do you take resistance support zones into account when making decisions? Thank you with best regards.
