Yes, the semafors in all versions repaint. That’s why we trade after the trend is more confirmed by the 2nd dot, MA cross and various other indicators and sub windows you see folks using. The exceptions to this would be the Index Entry and Caglioso’s stepMA entries, discussed here and in Caglioso’s thread…new traders beware, they can be more risky.

The main thing to remember is that Xard’s system is a trend following system. The idea is to take trades after the trend has established itself. As Xard said many times, “just take some meat off the bone”. There are PLENTY of pips to be had just riding the trend. You are NOT looking to get in at the first reversal and catch a rocket ship ride to the top or bottom.

You will miss some big moves and that’s ok. You must get away from the temptation to get in on every move, every time. Do not try to simply trade after every square arrow, that will ruin you. We have all seen the square arrow get bumped up or down for days on end. But we still make pips because the square was never “confirmed” with MA cross and a 2 large dot pattern, confirming the previous trend is still active.

yes thank you so much.. so far from my experience trading the xard from 1st to last mostly the trades which tend to be more successes was based on the medium dot  cause from my experience that square semafor usually becomes a normal semafor even if there is a 2nd dot occurred... so i really don't care taking that bias

I didn´t understand what is the problem of repaint or recalculating or anything else, because when we know the rules is simply amazing. Early today :)

Yes, the small dots are not too good for that first confirmation, after the square. The 2nd dot pattern discussed in Xard charts are for the square and 2 larger dots. The small dots are used for re entry when the trend is established.

BTW
Those 2 pink dots, along with the pink candles, would have been text book Xard entries. Were those candles gray or blue for much longer on the live chart and then turned pink later on?

Depend what is the version you are using. If you are in V015 and have good results for me is great, if you have understood the difference in recent versions v65+ (include v65m) is wonderful.
