Is the trade below valid? The big arrow is pointing down, but the RASMO is up, the small arrow is up, and we are above the daily open.
No, we should never trade against a down arrow. That could simply be a pull-back before going down more.

When price goes above or below the daily during the Asia session I usually do not consider it as a strong bias. So this is ok.

The big arrow is a zigzag arrow, same as the Xard system. It gives the overall direction of the present leg, the smaller arrows are stepma entry signals.

Good morning traders.

Let's see what gold gives us this morning. Dixie is bearish so entered with confidence, a contrarian sema arrow already appeared, so will close if / when the arrow is confirmed.

Today FX options will expire, be careful during NY sessions at 10:00 Eastern Time, expect EURUSD to drop at expiry levels and fight there.

EUR/USD: EUR amounts
1.0600 895m
1.0630 1.4b
1.0685 1.8b
1.0700 2.9b
1.0845 707m

USD/JPY: USD amounts
159.50 1.2b
160.55 660m

USD/CHF: USD amounts
0.9070 801m
0.9150 1.4b

AUD/USD: AUD amounts
0.6750 695m

PS: if you like this different color template, it is attached, together with the excellent fractal trendline indicator.

RSIOMA is below 50, so I think is not a "perfect" entry.
It's a bit risky, not only RSIOMA is already pushed down, but that looks like a consolidation zone, as the dem/supp indicator shows. You want a clear sign of price action exiting the zone.

More, look at ADR, that was a very extended situation for GU, that entry looks more like a pull back for continuation.

Hello again I hope your trading is going good.
I read a few pages back about a setup:

Note: a StepMA arrow after a zigzag sema arrow is almost safe to take!
Yes From what I have seen, an Xard arrow followed by the Sema arrow is a high % trade setup.

Are these images a good representation on said setup? I think they are, just trying to confirm. Thank you.

Absolutely! You'go got the essence of the system!

If you want to play safer you need to take the EMA 51 into consideration and RSIOMA as well, but if you like the boom-like rockets, just SEMA + StepMA can give you tons of pips. I take trades of this kind often, but do not advertise them as the chance to be stepped out is there 20/30% of the times.

I took this reverse after the zigzag leg ended. Mrs. Cable went ballistic at london open, recovering the gap vs usd that accumulated yesterday.
We missed third line of histo, trend averages, and the 51 ma, so basically this is a counter trend trade, but pretty safe as RSIOMA position was perfect.

Not adviced for inexperience people or for someone who suffers from vertigo. :)

This made my day, but also recovered what happened with Mr. Gold this morning, I have been faked out 3 times in a row. I wanted to go against the SEMA bias 2 times and gold said no. And to make the dish spicier it broke up out of the descending wedge just to take my SL. Overall lost 6%, but am recovering with GU. We don't win all the times.
