Thanks kvak, very appreciated, I am comparing this indicator with Twiggs money flow, put aside the histogram these 2 look very similar.
TMF is more smooth at core without jurik smoothing eventho have more jigsaw, and seems to have more reliable signal for trend traders.
But TSV is more sensitive to short-term price fluctuations and produces more accurate divergence signals, as well as signals for pullback trading with less lag entry and exit.
And because it is more sensitive, when TSV breaks the threshold by a large distance, it can also be a signal of a medium to long-term reversal.

Edit: Maybe i can ask for jurik smoothing apply to TSV also for further testing?

I update code to strict, added average pack, arrows and alerts.

Surpassing expectations 🤩, bomb pack indeed. 💣
You rock kvak!!! 😎
Combined with your other amazing work of haos to exit quickly create very pleasure visual and result with just a few tweaks. 💯
Can i ask what is Follow ma and the formula, i never seen this before and seems pretty good for trend just as its name. 🤔

Dear Mrs.Watanabe, here is settings of those 2.

I haven't tested JP225 too far in the past so I'm not sure about its effectiveness, nor its fluctuations over months or trading seasons.

But i suggest to have another strong trend confirmation using knowledge from Price action and volume, or a moving average (eg avoiding the flat area of the average without strong candle breakout),... I can see your choice of indicator is very good ones.

Hello.
I'm glad you like this indicator.

I didn't even notice that I put this pack in that indicator, some average type were really experimental, like this Follow MA.
Explanation, very similar to the ema channel as you can see from the picture.
Candles and channel lines are from 34 Ema.
And onchart Follow ma 34 period (blue/yellow) line is very close on it (the neutral part is omitted)..
As I said, only experimenting with code, but if you like it, why not :).

It's great when coders can test ideas and put it to work. 🎉
I think these tested algorithms are quite overwhelming for an indicator with a simple formula like TSV. Other types of averages take up to 100 periods to deducted volatiltiy to achieve similar shape compare to 20 periods of Follow ma or Swing line, eventho the smoothness still cannot catch up with the ladder behavior, but divergence detection somewhat better.
What i mean is some characteristics of the indicator are overshadowed with new experimental average types, but yeah, that's not too much of a problem for algorithmic traders who want coherent signals, eliminate noise without the need of other figurative signals.

Before hearing your explanation, I was a bit skeptical when the results were quite similar to some moving averages applied directly to prices. But yeah, since it is still a volume indicator, we can see it as a volume weighted ma type and sometimes there is still a small divergence.
