look at the screenshot, please (gray area).
What would you say - why does the signal differ on that day? (Weekend "problem"?)
(By the way: the width input doesn't change size of the "arrow" as it is hard-wired - width 3 - into the code)

3395maybe I was unclear;
there are two daily open indicators in my screenshot (see above);
in the gray area you can see that yours opens at 23.00 (on Monday only) the other always on 0.00
