Zerolag MACD with new MA Filters & code update

Updated version of zerolag MACD.

This version comes with:

Auto Higher Time-frame MTF (and lower timeframe display, on current chart)
Individual Moving Average filter options for:
- MACD Moving Average method
- Signal line method
Price Types ie. High, Low, Closed, Heiken Ashi & more
Auto Display Width Audjustment
Alerts on Zero Cross or Slope Change
Arrows on Zero Cross or Slope Change (or both)
