Is interesting point, in that moment are the conditions not matched, because the adr is between -10% to +10% and for me not safe to enter

Yes, the same dot or color equal on Daily open according to the rules.

And what you recommend if for example, you see two dot coloured and enter sell following the arrow, you put the trade, the trade is going positive but appears a three cyan dot? Close the trade or wait to the arrow buy?
