Hello. Yes - double smoothing. It is using double smoothed Wilders EMA in RSI calculation.

xRSI with (Multiple) Bollinger Bands with Multi-timeframe mode

Here is mtf version.
I deleted fill, because it is not working well in mtf mode. Also have some problems with bands with interpolation in this version bands are without it.
