I Just gave it a try, and the Template is Kind of fixed now with what is working from the indicators provided.

Buddy, the Blue Arrow repaints like a maniac, and the other arrow does not repaint much, disappears and appears in better place... ( but more rarely )
The blue arrow is dangerous one needs to be very careful, moves like Michael Jackson!!

if you did experiment with this arrows, is it disappear on current bar or later when price goes against the arrow direction!

If you pay attention to it, on the GIF you can see the Green Arrow disappear and appear at a better place, but, if you understand it correctly, you will be able to use it for your advantage in conjunction with SnR or a moving average or both.
Just take in consideration how nervous/temperamental the blue arrow is and how the Green can move from one place to the next.
