- Sit in front of your screen and move you SL as price action moves ( not too close )
- keep your TP far far away to make sure you don't miss a nice pump ( still without leaving your screen...)
- check M30 and H4 next support and resistances
- check if their is any important news around

A good rule of thumb is to NOT trade the high-impact news unless you have inside information Sometimes you'll get it right but most traders burn up during high-impact news.

I simply eliminate that stress from my trading and trade TUES, WED and ThURS, mainly swing trading now

Did you blow the account using BEATS V5 or another trading system and strategy? H4 into M30 and/or M15 works. Trade in line with the higher timeframe bias.
