What we learnt yesterday from western media;
The Gaza hospital was not raised to the ground and 500 people did not die, the hospital building was not hit by any missile or rocket.
There was an explosion in the car park centered on one car and that between 10 and maybe up to 50 people were killed by shrapnel. No evidence as to what caused the explosion as yet but likely either a malfunctioning Hamas rocket or a car bomb.

The 'fog of war' exists in this case because of western media automatically printing blatant propaganda on demand as they have been doing for the last 10 years.
