From my understanding fractals can repaint up to 3 bars back, so how to make a version to paint after 3 bars have no idea.

my requested indicator has this feature.. because its not buffered arrow,.. i was trying to find similar and get this from other site..
these arrow no repaint but this is print on chart for ever on 3rd bar itself..

cci period 20 and levels 100, -100

two parameters for the cci
15m cci opens above or below the 100, -100 line at the same time as 1hr crosses (above/below)

1hr cci is crossing above or below the 100, -100 line at the same time as 15m opens (above/below)

(if you think heikin ashi smoothed would help please add)
