Is this something that could be implemented into the EA

BASKET TAKE PROFIT (Based on number of PIPS in profit)
- For all Pairs
TAKE PROFIT IN PIPS

-
Image
The square in the image you posted (Basket trailing stop) is a trailing stop with a basket of magic numbers.
"Basket TS at profit" is not pips. Money.
Set "Basket TS %".
Basket is the magic number (all pairs).
"If hit, Hours to suspend EA operation" will suspend the trade for a set amount of time once everything is closed in the basket.
The mechanism is as shown in the image.

Is this an answer?
Is it an explanation?

Sorry for the misunderstanding Funchi & Thank you for your prompt reply.
Take Profit Basket
What I want to be able to do for example is at say the open of the Euro/London session start / operate the EA and have the EA Take profit once the number of Pips I have put in the settings has been reached with all the open trades.

-: Additionally, a Take Profit in Pips

I hope these clears things up.

For baskets,
There is no profit taking in pips.
There are two patterns of profit taking: as a percentage of the balance or as a monetary amount.

Add functionality.

Yes, I understand currently that is the case. What I am asking is for these to be add in.

Added "Amount format" parameter to the "FNC_dashboard" indicator.
Since some of you seem to be displaying the amounts on the dashboard, I have made it possible to select the display format.
Example Integer part 1234, Decimal part 56.

Added "Basket take profit pips" parameter to "FNC_dashboard_EA_010" EA.
Baskets are in magic number units. Time is not a consideration.
Commissions and swaps are not taken into consideration.
To convert pips, you need to set "MarketInfo.txt".

Hi Funchi
Thanks, mate, for the inclusion of the pips Basket.
Look it may be silly to ask because to be fair I'm quite sure I already know the answer but anyway, I have one question.
Is the basket (Pips), when let's say is set to 100 pips. Are the 100 pips based on all the open and closed trades (Positive & Negative) from the time the EA is put into operating mode?
Or is it just based upon the current open trades full stop.
Ideally, I believe it should be based upon all the open & closed trades if it isn't already.

I read your post here and wondered if.

> Time is not a consideration.
So, in a roundabout way, I specified that this is for open trades.

Please let me think a bit about how to support the ideal proposed system.

I'm just trying to confirm how it works in order to support it,
Set the start and end of the trade time.
Set the basket profit pips.
When the profit pips are reached, the trade is closed.
When the end time is reached, the system will be forced to exit.
The basket total is for all trades during the trade time.

Is there anything else?

This is how I see it working for a Daily Basket.
When the number of Pips set is reached, the system will force close all trades & reset, based upon all open & closed trades for the period.
Ea will reset itself Daily, based upon the NY close time..........
Daily Reset: Yes / No
This will mean the same magic number can always be used and both the open and closed trades can be accounted for in the Daily Basket.

Then If for instance you wanted to carry on trading another basket, all you would need to do is manually reset the EA by opening up the settings, change the TP Basket Pips number accordingly to take into account the previous basket (e.g., 100 to 200),close the settings, click to operate and you are trading again.
