This is a regular Stochastic.
If the signal line (Red) has risen above StickLevel_up (80), the second line (Green) is frozen.
The difference is added to the Stochastic (Green - Red).
When the Red Line drops below StickOffLevel_up (50), everything turns into a regular Stochastic.
