You may be right (morally speaking), of course, but that is what we do (pragmatically and intellectually):
If you say: this person is good-looking: you make a judgment
If you say: this person is interesting: you make a judgment
If you say: I like this person: you make a judgment
People have to use categories in order to think (thinking is comparing while restructuring).
That's why I know I (and my work, behaviour etc) will be judged all day long by others (like it or not) - as will be everybody else.
There is no use having (morally overblown) commandments (from the bible or elsewhere) that nobody can (or will) adhere to.
We are not living in an ideal world but the real world.
