While your Nadaraya gives perfect bias information were the arrows are, it is a bit counterproductive just now (gray area).
Should you ever release the Nadaraya as a standalone subwindow indicator, I'd love to test it.

Minor updates with dynamic MyNET
- Type Bands: NET or My.NET switch... now it retains the on-slope color change for price/signal line
