XARD: Nice, simple visual idea. I like it (will add it to the next update)
I take it the Blue H/L lines are 1hr TF?

Thanks, boss:
a) Blue lines EMA144 (H-L)
b) EMA 36 (H-L)
c) EMA 9 (single average + ATR 1.5 - averages - mtf - alerts 8.3 by Mr Tools)
M15 - H1- H4, I keep close to your original
Hi Josi.

The EMA 144 setting is great support and resistance on the M5 Chart and in my version of XARD System as I understand this is incorporated into indicator "XU v3-FX4 STD" under the variable showT2MA.
I am trying to understand, does T2MA represent 2 time frames up from whatever timeframe you are on, so on M5 T2MA is two timeframes up at M30, I thought I read a previous post where XARD advised switching on T2MA on the M15 Chart to represent the H1 MA direction?
Or the one hour chart would T2MA then represent D1?

What I would like to know, on the one hour chart, what would be the equivalent MA setting (for Mr Tools MTF Moving Average Indicator on EMA option) to represent a similar support and resistance line or does the T2MA settings of EMA 144 work equally well as support and resistance on the H1 chart and other timeframes?
