Forgot to mention, the second Dots are marked on Xard's template anyway. So no second guessing. Xard says, trade when the price crosses the MA, meaning that he considers the second Dot to be confirmed by then.

Where can I find those Arrows? I d/l the zip file, installed the fonts and files but I do not have any Arrows.

Nowhere. I use those instead of vertical lines. Just ignore them. They are not part of Xard's file.
