Hence, if the indicator has "mladen" in its name it is not there because I did it and it is 100% sure that I was not making any additions/changes to such indicator

You might have 2 separate indicators there, the arrows and the bands. the bands could be CentreOfGravityV2 on this page;

Yes, it does. Hence it is not good practice to use it for signaling. Those arrow will not be on the same spot in live trading.

Yes, 'Centered' TMAs recalculate as are the ones you have there but there are others that don't, here is one that has a re-draw off/on.

Running it on fast forward on the simulator the Blue line does recalculate and repaint by adjusting the prior 8 - 10 bars. The Red and Green line look ok as do the yellow histo bars. On reset nothing appeared to be added or removed.
