Google is taking steps to curb online scam after an investigation by The Times

How does one even determine what videos are directed at children. Sure, some are pretty obvious, but let's say we have a Minecraft Let's Player, for example. Their videos can be directed to both adults and children in equal measure, even if they don't view it that way.

Creators will be fined $42000 if they do not categorize there videos properly.

If that's true, i think that's a good move!
