Added mtf,alerts, prices, and a choice of the 6 different rsi types.

When trend changes, take 2 first signals. Default settings. Golden.

For reference purposes, the Vertex indicator is a repainter and was update on TSD some time ago with convenient features.

I'll upload it here in case anyone needs it or can improve on it.
