MACD indicators for MT4

This is the Averages version of MACD BB Dots that was coded by Mladen which comes with MTF & Interpolation, Alerts, Arrows and Dots or Lines display. Another must-have indicator for all MACD traders to add to their toolbox of legendary indicators.

is it possible to display trading volume in regular MACD histogram indicator? attached indicator displays bull bear ratio in main chart.will be better if added with MACD in separate window.
