Added the code and there may have been cases where the arrows could repaint, so added code for that too.

Hi Mrtools, could you help?
1. The inputs for this indicator (ATR highlow) are in probably Corsican but not sure. However, I have failed to translate the input text. Any chance you have inputs in English without the corrupted language? Thank you for your assistance .
2. I have also noticed that the indicator disappears when I change time frame to and fro! There seems to be a bug in there.
