I tried to put 4 min and 15 min on same and different window but it shows "almost" the same shape, not as in the pic you posted

Thank you in advance.

I'm on PST and I usually get into the market after the US open. I usually trade US30, but yesterday I looked into Gold for the first time. I am using XU XardFX36 to place my trades. I thought I saw a good signal and got in. My margin dropped to 104%. FX36 showed the risk% on equity and it was set at 1.0. I wouldn't be able to trade much in Gold with this! A slight drawback and I would be out. I only made that one trade and noticed that Tenery was Neutral so got out positive. I spent the rest of the day trading US30; closed out at end of day with 3.25% positive.

Updated chart -- See Below

I am not trading this weekend, I bought a book -- VWAP WAVE SYSTEM by Chris Drysdale
I will read it over the weekend and hopefully it will fill in the missing pieces.

Chris Drysdale has a lot of YT Vids showing How to trade VWAP + Auction Market Theory

XARD,
Is that VWAP WAVE SYSTEM by Chris Drysdale worth buying?

Im struggling to get to grips with the new setup, reading through the PDF and playing around with it in hindsight I really want to get this working for me, the previous version I found a bit easier to use so may still use it until i can get to grips with this.

There a couple of things in the PDF i wanted to check - it mentions the Blue VWAP line is this the gold/yellow one? or is this something i have disabled or a typo?

if my 1hr and 15 both say Bearish but the background colour is blue do i need to wait until the colour changes to red? - Which would mean it had to go below the opening price to take shorts? Is that correct?

Based on my experience, start with the higher timeframe. For example, on M15, check the arrow direction (buy or sell) and the AVWAP direction.

If both the M15 arrow and AVWAP are buy, then move to a lower timeframe like M1 and look for buy setups — for example, a buy arrow with a small buy dot.

Make sure the candle is above the AVWAP and the arrow for a buy setup. For a sell setup, it’s the opposite — the candle should be below the AVWAP and the arrow.

This is because you are following the M15 “GPS” (arrow + AVWAP direction). We trade arrow to arrow — this is the core of the Xard system, in my opinion.

The background color is just a supporting indicator. It’s better to wait until the color aligns with the arrow trend.

Thanks, so Gold right now has a down arrow from yesterday and has just printed a sema2 big dot. So i drop down to the m4. But as we are so far away from VWAP would that now be a signal to wait?

As for now market is almost closed today. Usually, it’s better not to trade at this time because it’s mostly sideways.
I don’t use the background color, but I can tell today is blue — candles are mostly above the daily AVWAP and arrow AVWAP (even with an M15 down arrow) and we have a blue second dot.
