Of course not. There are opportunities to go long after the four small dots, and it's above the opening line. TRUST eckin' price action! Guide by main bias, but you can always counter trend trades if you have caution, remember DOT is a breakout! When you see dot it doesn't mean an immediate change of trend, it is in fact a breakout! Until you see second dot and ema cross then you can consider a change of trend, until then you can still open trades in direction of actual dot if you understand price action.
