MT4 Indicator requests and ideas

I was looking for a normal rsi indicator that lets me select "first higher timeframe" so I dont have to change it manually. Im sure I saw something like this here. It would be great if someone could help me out.

It’s pretty accurate though, if it was an ea. It would get in and get out.
