I am a novice and I am trying to understand how to use MT4 indicators.

Is it possible to have an indicator that can scan and send an alert when:
RSI> 70 and Price button "Bollinger band higher"
RSI <30 and price button "Bollinger band lower"?

On the other hand, is it possible to have an indicator that displays the product info for example:
- % of the day
- Upper
- Lower
...

There is one indicator called angular momentum on tradingview. Its looks pretty good. Maybe you can get script idea from there.
