Here is the multi time frame version
Some more changes made too (made user friendly among other things - there is never enough friendliness
)

Since there can be multiple criteria for histogram in that indicator, what would be the criteria for a histogram that you had in mind?
Crosses of the two step averages (as the arrows are displayed)?
