You'll need to use scripts which can be found here:
MT4 Scripts to change All Chart Timeframes, Symbols & Templates at once.

There are buttons by Mladen but are limited to the chart you're viewing. You can find those here: Symbol Changer Buttons for MT4.

What repainting arrows? This is non-repainting. Test it yourself on the 1 minute chart :?
