I have been trying to load these tools on my MT4. They are refusing to load someone please help

Hi Mr. Tools,
Could you please add MA period 10 with deviation 2
and levels 0 , 0.11 , 0.17, 0.5, 0.81, 0.83 and 1.0 to the percent bollinger bands.
At the moment it only has MA period 20 with deviation 2.
