This was requested awhile back, just remembered.
Anyway this version has 9 averages and the 33 price options.Depending on your broker you may have to adjust your levels for it to work.

Here is the same indicator you posted with correct name - for to avoid confusing in names especially for newbies
Also it is upgraded to 33 prices by Mrtools
