there are indicators on the market of mql4 where an RSI or a CCI crossing a self drawn trendline in the subwindow with alert.
Is it because of the two indicators I posted, that it can`t be done?

The calculations are different to make them together as one, maybe can make an indicator that draws arrows on the chart when both are in agreement.

That is not a good idea - such combinations are, more or less, nonsense
