The code is OK,try to understand
it is "ArrowOnFirst = true;"
if you and or any of user want arrow should be print on current (running/forming bar) - change "true" to "false" - it will be working on current bar - as second choice,with true it will be working on "newest" bar - (newest and first are same thing)

Please add arrow size increasing/decreasing option and "Arrow on Newest" option, both of these are missing.
