it is heavily repainting. I think he is trying to sell it for a good price. Otherwise post the code and prove me wrong
or prove it isn't repainting by uploading a short video from the Strategy Tester

It does not repaint according to AI or as you have tested it bar by bar in the 1min timeframe? I highly doubt this is non repaint, if that was the case just become the king of the world.
