I think this is some very old code with Hull ma, you can explore our forum
here or use this indicator what I attached..

If the values of this indicator are multiplied by volume, then the signals of crossing levels 10 and -10 will be on more significant bars in which there is high volume.
If the values of this indicator are divided by the volume, then the signals will be when the indicator crosses level 0.
Could someone make such an indicator?

Yes, but given the volumes, the signals would be more reliable
