It may be a silly question but there's no harm in asking
Does anyone know of an RSI + Divergence indicator based off Fractals............

Hmm, I definitely could be wrong but it looks a lot like an Ehler's Fisher Transform.

Your rsi will be useless with lagging signals so it answers the next question how can a fractal be present tense

M8 , it is worth pursuing if the fractals get a haircut
Their wigs are ancient
Volume bar fractal, delta bar fractal, heikin smoothed fractal something not so disappointing
