Can you please proivde an additional filter arrows option with new arrow /dot as per below condition meets

Hello,
Can I request to add scan all pairs from market watch function for this 2 indicators? because I trade H4 & Daily time frame so without scan all pairs function my MT4 definitely freezeeeeeeeeeeeee.... If any coder have some free time please help to make it, I'm truly appreciated..

Could you please explain it? Because i just found this indicator and i feel like the zero cross arrow would be usefull for me, the arrow is showing on the chart but the problem is, mt2 connector couldnt detect any arrows/buffer from the indi.

The Basic Idea is to get Histo Bar colours as in Filter CCI Indi based on Input level.
