Could you add alerts to this recent squeeze indicator? (Alerts on new squeeze coming to existence, alerts on squeeze no longer existing, option for immediate alert \ alert on new candle)

If I asked too much, please can you make this instead?:
An indicator with push notification.
The indicator alerts when:
1. A buy arrow appears + Adx line is above 25 + Rsi is above 55
2. A sell arrow appears + Adx line is above 25 + Rsi is below 45
I'd really appreciate your assistance.
If there's already something like this here, please point me to it.
