If your CSW indicator does not display cross lines, you can try using this indicator as a replacement, though the settings may still require some experimentation.
If someone knows programming, they can try modifying this indicator to be closer to the CSW.

It's not a problem with the suffix. I've tested it, and even with the suffix, some currency pairs are still displayed normally.
