Here is the simple and lightweight on-chart MACD Zero Cross Arrows for MT4 by Mladen.

What I like about this version of the MACD Zero Cross Arrows is the arrows are small and discreet on your chart and it also comes with Multi-timeframe mode as well.

Here is another simple indicator from the archives which was posted by Mladen some time ago called the MACD Bars.

This is the Hull MACD OsMA Color indicator by Mladen.

This indicator comes with Multi-timeframe and Alerts.

Averages OsMA Divergences

Here is a special indicator that was made by Mrtools. It was a gift to the Forex-TSD Forum members for Christmas in 2013 and it came with lots of neat features such as Multi-timeframe + Interpolation, Hidden & Classic OsMA Divergences, Histogram options & much more.

Till this day it's still an amazingly good tool so it has to be included in our MACD Indicators thread!

Some modifications required:
- MTF, as best interpolated as possible
- More display options, e.g colour change in direction (bottom window), as well as on-chart (arrows, bars, candles, lines), whatever is possible.

Working through our archives tonight and uploading some files that may be helpful to your projects, this is the Macdak Ribbon indicator for MT4 which was kindly corrected and optimized by Mladen several years ago. This indicator has a few interesting options such as Multi-timeframe mode & more.
