MACD of WPR (Williams %R)
This is a macd of wpr, it is using wpr for prices instead of regular prices.
What makes this different to the original MACD?
The MACD of WPR responds more quickly. The original MACD is laggy and although produces smooth results, it's almost always too late to use it for entries especially on lower timeframes.
When the MACD uses the WPR for prices, the data has already been pre-filtered to highlight momentum extremes. When comparing both side-by-side you can see that the MACD of WPR has:
- Better signals and earlier divergences
- Predicts overbought/oversold momentum swings that the MACD can't see
- Reduced lag
- Knows the structure of the "range" and it catches better reversals

Better macd than og version because it is earlier signals!!! More choppy but signals are better I already tested side and side!!! Top notch thx mrtoolz........... what make you chose and test wpr in place of the ema of the old version macd?? Curious, curious

Was checking a version of Mladen's all colored Macd and realized it didn't have a stochastic or wpr in it so tried adding it to the mix like a fast wpr - a slow wpr and it really to me wasn't useful, so experimented and tried just using the wpr as price and it worked. Thought I had come up with something new but found Mladen had already done a mt5 version way back in the old Forex-TSD days.
