Hello. I rewrite it and added 3 types of alerts as you want, but have not time to test it....
Hi Mr Kvak,

I have noticed that price breakouts usually occurs when:

--All four histograms are flipped in the same direction
--Or 3 of 4 flipped in the same direction and the 1 of 4 is the same color as the other 3 but hasnt flipped yet

You rewrote this indicator so I would like to ask you if it is possible to create an alert for when one of the two conditions above are activated??

Histograms In Example Are: 5m, 15m, 30m, 1hr

Many Thanks....

MACD CA (Corrected) with MTF + Custom Timeframe choice + Signal options + Alerts & Arrows

Made an MT4 version.

The original publication of this code was described by Mladen as a "Step" or "Corrected" MACD that uses the same method for correction which is used in averages.

It was noted that Corrected values are usually effective filters, but shouldn't be combined with the filters that are currently being used. The values from the 'corrected' method are distinct from the 'filtered' values.

What is the difference between the MACD CA and the traditional MACD?

This version of the MACD by Mladen & Mrtools enhances the MACD in two major ways:
  • It smooths the MACD dynamically which is helpful in volatile markets or low volume pairs
  • You can select the Price calculation from a wide range of types ie. Heiken Ashi and Trend Biased options
In this particular indicator, you can experiment with sensitivity by adjusting the "Correction" within the options. A higher value will create a smoother curve, whereas as period of 0 will use the slow EMA length.
