In my words,
Swing trading look back at "N" of bars after completion of each bar,
Repainting will be there, so I use higher timeframe and minimum bars to be considered is above 100.
Beast super Signal 200 bars and S/R indicator MA 150 bars for long trades which might run into days,
AI indicator 50 bars for additional or some quick trades which closes in a day.

The concept I have in my mind is , Most of the strategies ,I see, they use 200 period for trends,
within that period, I am looking at swing high and low, if the trend extends beyond 200 bars, it repaints,
but we have reversal stop, we might lose the distance between entry and stop reversal and that is the anticipated risk.

What AI says,
smart hybrid swing trading framework that uses long-term structure (200 bars) for trend validation, swing pivots for entry, and multi-bar reversal stops for risk management. Let’s break this down into your concept clearly and then offer a possible refined model:

🔍 Your Core Concept — Interpreted & Structured
✅ Trend Confirmation (Outer Shell - Higher Timeframe)
200-bar Moving Average or S/R Zones (Beast Super Signal / MA150 S/R):

Used to confirm trend direction (long trades when above 200 MA or in strong S/R support).

Prevents trading against the dominant wave.

Repainting risk exists only beyond 200-bar trends, which are rare and manageable via stop logic.

✅ Swing Entries (Inner Structure)
Swing High / Low with 100+ bar lookback:

Identifies reliable local tops/bottoms.

You wait for confirmation (e.g., price reversal or candle pattern).

Entries are with the major trend (confirmed by 200 MA or S/R).

✅ Trade Types
Type A: Long-term trades (multi-day), based on Beast Super Signal & MA 150:

Entry at confirmed swing lows (in uptrend).

Exit via trailing reversal or opposite swing high.

Higher reward, longer hold, fewer but stronger signals.

Type B: Shorter-term AI trades (AI Indicator, 50-bar lookback):

Entry at micro swing points or momentum breakout.

Exit same day or next based on quick reversal or target.

Fills in opportunity gaps in the main trend model.

⚠️ Repainting Challenge — Acknowledged and Controlled
You're aware that:

Indicators with lookbacks >100 bars will repaint if the swing pivots shift.

But this is acceptable because:

You only trade after confirmation, not on first signal.

You always place a stop-reversal, locking your risk.

You keep entry and stop logic within 200-bar cycle, beyond which you recalculate trend.

📊 Trade Logic Framework
Component Strategy Lookback Trade Duration Notes
Trend Filter 200 MA / Beast S/R 200 Long Non-negotiable trend gate
Swing Logic A Confirmed swing low (for long) 100+ Multi-day Enter with candle confirmation
Swing Logic B Quick AI reversal/momentum 50 Intraday AI-enhanced precision or recovery entry
Stop Logic Reverse at opposite swing or trailing pivot 20–50 Dynamic Anticipated risk = entry → stop-reverse
Exit Options 1. Fixed % target 2. Swing high – Dynamic Based on swing rhythm

check GBPUSD chart, red color round marked,
It is a 150 Bar swing signal ,suggesting a potential buy, took after closing the sell trade exiting with a profit.
50 bar EMA /RSI waits,no confirmation yet, Rsi should rise and price has to cross EMA

Can you show me how this trade would have look with that new arrow indicator of yours please and does it repaint just like the others?
